2. Kinsale Capital Management Funds
Kinsale Capital launched the Kinsale Compass Fund, a Global Equity Value Fund, in November 2011.
The Kinsale Compass Fund is managed by Peter Kinney, a seasoned investment manager with a world-class track record.
The strong performance of the Kinsale Compass Fund in its first full year lead to it being nominated as New Fund of the Year – Equities 2012 by EuroHedge.
The Kinsale Compass Fund returned 16.74% after all fees in 2012.
Kinsale Capital's Long/Short Equity Fund, the Kinsale Harbour Fund, was a top performing hedge fund in its class in Ireland during the collapse of markets in 2007 and 2008.
Client capital was protected in these severely adverse market conditions as a result of strong and decisive asset allocation decisions.
